The previous entity, SCOUT CCTV AS, entered liquidation on May 30th, leading to a brief business discontinuation. We are now delighted to inform you that all products and business have been acquired by WISE Group—Automasjon og Data AS, making this a primary focus area moving forward.
WISE Group has a strong presence in Stavanger, Norway, through WISE Group—Automasjon & Data AS, and in Aberdeen, Scotland, via WISE Group—Muir Matheson Ltd. and WISE Group—RUP Ltd. WISE Group is a reputable system integrator specialising in offshore instrumentation and data acquisition, including MetOcean Data Systems, Structural Data Systems, and Position/Excursion Monitoring Systems.
Visual Monitoring, or CCTV Systems, is vital in marine and offshore installations and aligns closely with WISE Group’s existing business areas. The acquisition of SCOUT CCTV is a natural expansion for the group. SCOUT CCTV products are designed for harsh conditions in the marine and offshore markets, including the oil and gas sectors. They offer cameras, pan/tilt units, and complete systems for both safe and hazardous areas.
