1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of wisegroupsystems.com and its associated subdomains (the "website"), operated by Automasjon og Data AS, trading as WISE Group. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

3. Agreements take precedence

These terms cover use of the website only. The supply of systems, products, software, services and support by WISE Group is governed exclusively by the agreement under which it is supplied, such as a Master Services Agreement (MSA), Service Order, Purchase Order, Sales Agreement, Delivery Contract, Software Support Agreement or Software Licence Agreement, together with any quotation or order confirmation that forms part of it.

Where these terms and such an agreement differ, the agreement prevails. Nothing on the website amends, extends or replaces the terms of an agreement, and nothing on the website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. A quotation or commitment is binding only when confirmed in writing by WISE Group.

4. Information on the website

The website provides general information about WISE Group, our systems and our services. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date.

Product descriptions, specifications, datasheets and brochures are for general guidance and may change without notice. Third-party product information is based on the manufacturer's own documentation. The scope, performance and specification of a delivery are those set out in the agreement and the project documentation for that delivery.

Content on the website, including articles, news and knowledge base material, is not professional, engineering or regulatory advice for a specific installation. Operational and safety decisions should be based on the delivered system, its documentation and the applicable regulations, not on general website content.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content of the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, documents and software, is owned by or licensed to Automasjon og Data AS and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You may view, download and print content for your own internal business use, for example to evaluate our systems or to support a system you operate. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or republish content for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

WISE Group names, logos and product names may not be used without our prior written consent. Names and trademarks of third-party manufacturers and partners belong to their respective owners.

6. Forms and downloads

Some documents are provided after you submit a form. Please give accurate details when you do. Personal data submitted through the website is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system or platform
• introduce malware or other harmful code, or interfere with the operation or security of the website

Access to the Customer Support Portal, Orbalux and other platforms that require an account is governed by the agreement under which access was granted, in addition to these terms. Where they differ, that agreement prevails.

The website links to websites operated by partners, manufacturers and other third parties. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

10. Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or free from errors.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Automasjon og Data AS and its affiliated companies are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, production, data or business opportunity.

This does not limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, and it does not affect the liability provisions of any agreement between you or your organisation and WISE Group, which apply to the supply under that agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the website or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
