At WISE Group, our Code of Conduct embodies the ethical standards and principles that guide our daily operations and decision-making processes. It applies to all employees, the Board of Directors, and individuals acting on behalf of WISE Group. We also expect our vendors, suppliers, contractors, and other business partners to uphold these high ethical standards.

The Code Principles and Standards form our fundamental obligations. Additional requirements in our Policies and Manuals must also be understood and followed. The Code provides clear requirements to manage daily operations and guide us through challenges and ethical dilemmas. While it cannot cover every situation, it underscores our obligation to uphold the highest ethical standards and seek guidance when necessary.
