About Starsmore LTD
Dr. Starsmore has over 45 years’ experience in the offshore, marine, and related industries, working extensively on pioneering design methods and design verification projects, the latter involving a number of model and full scale measurement projects. Trained originally in the aeronautical industry, he moved to offshore and marine
projects whilst working for engineering consultancy group, W.S. Atkins rising to Chief Engineer and Head of Department. In 1985 Dr. Starsmore elected to work as an independent consultant to provide comprehensive high-quality services, in particular in the specification, design, and implementation of instrumentation systems.
